Do The Renegades play in the official BAFA Leagues?
Yes. The club has seven teams that are registered with BAFA – five of which are part of our rapidly growing youth program!

For contact do you provide equipment like helmets and shoulder pads?
Yes. All the training equipment you would expect is provided, helmets and pads are also avaliable to all contact players (a deposit is needed).

What is The British American Football Association (BAFA)?
They're the governing body for UK American Football - and provide insurance for all players, coaching staff and non-coaching staff during the season.

Do I need to register with BAFA to play?
Yes. If you want to compete in the leagues that The Renegades play in you will need to register (for Contact or Flag) via: https://BAFA.JustGo.com

Is there a minimum age to play?
The club accepts players from 7 years old, for Flag Football. The minimum age for playing contact American Football is 13 years old.

How much is it to join The Renegades?
Youth and adult flag teams: £125.00 per person
Youth contact teams: £175.00 per person
Adult contact team: £250.00 per person
